How much jurisdiction do FBI and DEA have? Could they pose as a foriegn internet source, and bust a person after making on online order and wiring money out of the country - say to South America? ![]() | ||

You aren't committing a crime until you sign for the package. (Because, after all, someone could theoretically order it for you to your address...right..theoretically anyway.) ![]() | ||

They are right, pretty unlikely. I think the feds are after big juice dealers importing large quantities of roids to resell not just personal supplies. Never sign for anything even if it is Prozac from overseas-GHrelease ![]() | ||

i think that that is entrapment. it's only when you sign for the package that you are in trouble with the law. ![]() |
