Yoga

If you are new to yoga I recommend going to an instructor led class as it is far more hands on and much easier to learn like that.

My friend recommend me the Dreamcatcher's Yoga for Wii

I find it at amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B002DT159Q

I'm totally new to Yoga, is this a good way to learn a bit more about Yoga ?

i've never tried wii yoga. i agree with QT however. or you can get one of those yoga for beginners dvds. when i did yoga first i was impatient with it, but its good for me. i'm glad i stuck with it.

do bikram yoga, its 90 mins long and very very hot...great workout

i've been meaning to try this for a while now.
