sarms stack for lady

Guys I want to gain lean mass and burn fat, I don't want to run clen and var because I'm very afraid of sides effects, so short research led me to sarms and to this forum, please advice on a sarm stack for mass and cutting body fat for a 29 year old females who trains 5 days a week, thank you.
 
I think a great stack would be the triple stack:

Run 8-12 weeks of:
Ostarine 25mg per day
S4 50mg per day
Cardarine 20mg per day

*You can also add n2slin to help with the extra fat loss.

For PCT you will want to run a bottle of HCGenerate ES.
 
SARMS are a great choice for females because there are no risks of developing emasculating side effects.


I would have you run the triple stack. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine.
S4 will increase lean mass and strength
ostarine will increase recovery
cardrine is the best SARM for fat loss
You get the best of everything by stacking the 3 together.


There is a reason the triple stack is so commonly recommended. It works.

^A female should use 1/2 the dosages listed in the article.


After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day


Nutrobal would be another great option but it's very expensive. I would keep things simple for a first cycle with SARMS. You will get fantastic results just from that.
