zyprexa AND testosterone

I have been put on a mood stabilizer called zyprexa and celexa for depression. I guess I am bi polar. Do you think 250mg of test a week for 10 weeks do any harm. Thanks jay

I don't think there will be any negative chemical interaction between the two... however, thats a fairly intensive (relatively) course of psychoactive medication you are on... I don't know if I buy the whole "roid rage" myth, but I do think that Test can effect mood positively and negatively (dependent on external factors)... this just does NOT seem like a great thing for someone exhibiting manic behaviors. Like it could possibly encourage a manic attack... I suspect that is what a doctor would tell you... however, if you are unconcernend with this, and only wondering if the combination is going to physically harm you, you should be alright. Look at the "contraindications" on both meds... it'll say if you should not mix them w/ steroids.

If you're bi-polar, you may not want to do an AAS that's so androgenic. Androgens do affect your central nervous system. Why not try deca or primo?

Just becarful. I was taking zyprexa and celexa also. I am also on neronton. But my wife is very aware of my moods and tells me what;s going on and how I am acting. I am into my third week of fina at 75mg's eod and 400mgs of test a week. I have been cool for this long. But alot of the affects don't start until your fourth week. So I will give you an update every so often.
