*throws on flame repelling suit*

ive done some research on ZYBAN and nicotine patches for reducing overall food cravings, for example if someone wanted to "ensure" they wouldnt get the munchies a few weeks out before a compitition would this be a bad idea??

(dont give that bla bla bla about being hardcore to the sport and toughing it out)

why don't you just pick up a pack of smokes or a can of dip

Dude I know a lot better things to curve your appetite.

pm me if you wanna share those tecniques bro, i dont smoke but i will try ANYTHING to curve my appetite for 12 weeks, i did the phen but i didnt like it didnt get a wink of sleep

Bro, I wouldn't risk using Zyban for this purpose. It carries several possible side effects, most notably seizures. It will also keep you awake if taken too late in the day.
I used Wellbutrin, which is the same drug and didn't notice any decrease in appetite.

A nicotine patch will make you sick if you don't smoke and aren't used to nicotine. This is a bad idea on many levels.

this might sound way too far fetched for the layman to understand but a reason why many people have uncontrollable hunger (or NO HUNGER AT ALL) is due to a sublixation in your spine. basically the nerves are impinged sending faulty signals to your brain making you think you are hungrier than you should be..

i'm not saying this is the ONLY reason people have this problem i'm just saying maybe you should consider chiropractic care..

becaus your hypothalamus controls your hunger and food intake (located in your brain) and a sublixation can cause the innervation to be faulty.

if you have any questions about this neurophysiology, pm or email me

Do NOT take the patch Wellbutrin AKA Zyban generic bupropion acts sort of like a dopamine reuptake inhibitor that lets dopamine bounce around the synapses more. This could but not will make you less hungry. Zyban wont typically make you lose weight. But it has been proven to cause longer and more intesnse orgasms in women so try feeding it to your girl. Also its side affects (weight loss) might take awhile to come into affect.

just try to change your diet? carbs make you crave carbs. slowely cut them out.

My buddy takes nicotine for this reason. He's never smoked in his entire life. He gets his from Springfield for like $50 + some hazzard fees, but I think it's enough for thousands upon thousands (really big number) of cigarettes so pretty cheap in the end. I'll ask him how many cigarettes it is equvalent to next time I see him.

i heard of great succses stories about this method, not to say this is a long term solution but just an aid just like eca fat burner ect..

the reason why nicotine is such a great hunger killer is because it acts as a neurotransmitter and causing sensory signals in your brain to tell you that you ARE NOT HUNGRY...

ok ill try the chiro thing, what do i tell him when i go? does insurance cover it?

yes most chiro's accept all insurance plans..

just tell him to check for any sublixations..we dont treat anything SPECIFIC--and with adjustments you might cure certain ailments you've had in the past along with your hypothalamus problem..

keep me updated..tell him a chiro student at Life U told you about the possiblity of sublixation...and i have to say this again, dont be suprised if other ailments are cured and you feel OVERALL better in every aspect..

you have two pm's explaining why :)
