The msg's that pop up are called "pings" usually somone trying to access your computer.. It'll ask you everytime u want to open a prog, if the prog is allowed to run, and if its something you use often like, messenger, click the box so it'll remember and stop asking... When activity is high, it means that there is a high risk for somone sending a virus, just a lot of bad internet activity.. It works pretty... well... i made to many enemies on here.. so i always have to have a good fire wall..
