is there anyway to combat the sexual side effects of zoloft?

Zoloft side effects include decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and delayed or failure to achieve orgasm. Many antidepressants have similar side-effects. In the case of Zoloft, there isn't much you can do to combat these side-effects, other than gradually coming off it. There is a product called Deprex which may be better for you but consult with your physician first.
