I'm in my second week of it right now, I can't really notice any difference in anything, but I have seen legit studies that say its effective so maybe with some more time?
I love the stuff and have a lot of friends that do too.
But it's just a zinc supplement: I wouldn't expect any strength or mass gains. I just notice that I feel better on it, have an increased libido and sleep like a rock.
If you're looking for seeable results try creatine or adding an extra 1000 calories a day.
