ZMA question

i have been taking ZMA and i have been feeling different. i feel very irritable(sp). for example, my girlfriend was stressed and crying. i just walked away from her because i didn't want to deal with it. i have never done that before. could this be because of the ZMA?

Nope, unless it's all in your head. Zinc and Magnesium won't do that. It's either in your head, or you just didn't want to deal with her. It's not uncommon, you're a guy.
