ZMA or Creatine?

Which is more effective, healthier and why? Can anyone shed some light on this?

I'm 5'-9", 157 lbs. Body fat is about 17% but I'd like to get it down to about 12%.

I want to bulk up a bit, but, I mainly want to get really cut. I like that chiseled look a lot more than the beefy look without real definition.

So, what's the best, safest way to get there? (besides exercise and diet of course). . . . . .Creatine or ZMA???

Thanks.

Diet and exercise is the safest and best way to cut down. Why ask a question in the diet forum and defer diet from the answer? 5% BF could be dropped by anyone in a months time, especially at your BF level. 26,000 calories is your target deficit for the month. How would creatine or ZMA help you cut? Neither affect metabolism directly.

Well, I guess my point wasn't really about losing weight. I want the creatine or ZMA to gain muscle mass. I eat well and I do hard cardio 2-3 times per week. But, I figure if I can put on some more muslc mass, my body will burn fat faster as well. That's why I asked the question about creatine or ZMA. Which of these products is better/healthier for increasing that muscle mass? Sorry for the initial vague question. Thanks.

Uhh, totally different things? Don;t get either, get research on how to obtain your goals.

Bottom line if you had to pick one creatine has been proven to be an effective, affordable supplement. I don't use it but if you had to pick one, I'd definitely go with that one.

Creatine powder has always given me the shits, really badly. It brings water into my colon before the colon can take in the creatine.

Creatine Monohydrate from Prolab is what I'm using right now, and FOR ME it has DEFINALY made me stronger, no doubt about it. Worth the money ++

Hahahah, Creatine all the way for me - Have tried both and even know a couple times creatine has upset my stomach it definiatly has given me lots of strength...

No need to supplement with ZMA. Eat 6 oz. of lean beef everyday. Add two cups dry oat bran hot cereal to your diet and you have your usrda for both, no need to supplement.
