ZMA... anyone?

I was thinking about picking some of this up... problem is a crapload of them out there. So who's used a good brand? Will my taking adipo affect it? I know it's sposed to help you sleep and shit.

It's hard to belive that ZMA is produced by only one company. It's just some vitimans mixed together. Were did you get that info at?

ZMA is highly overated in my opinion. It's too expensive for something that doesn't provide good results.

I wouldn't waste my money on it. It is just another legal supplement that is overrated. Has the NFL banned its use yet? LOL
