I've used it once and had the same sensation.
I'm sure mine wasn't fake. Don't worry bro.

I've had a little tingling problem before. Mine were real though so I wasn't worried about it.

Did you swab your injection site beforehand? You can push bacteria thru the skin as you inject causing a minor burning sensation.
