Just finished my 9:30-10:00 a.m. meal
8 oz of salmon grilled with a little bit of soy and teriyaki sauce (reheated - left over from last night)
one medium baked potato and green beans
I'm still fucking hungry. What are the rest of you fucktards eating on today?
still have my pre-workout smoothie and peanut butter and honey on wheat about 11:30
1:45 post workout smoothie followed up in 20-30 minutes by another peanut butter and honey sandwich.
Then, at 3:30 I have about 6 oz. of beef brisket along with about 6 oz. of turkey that I will eat with some fresh "baby carrots".
Then dinner about 6 and second dinner about 8.
Blow me.
