Your thoughts on prop half-life

This site says that it's 4.5 days but I've always heard 2-3 days. Opinions?

I think you are correct in your assumption that Propionate has a 2 day half life. I think the chart that you are referencing is actually using the total active life in the blood stream, not the "half" life. I see these discrepencies all the time.

It does say Actual Half-Life on the column header so I guess they do mean half life and not total active life, but I see what you are saying.
