Your SPA/BTG OX experiences

Hi,

I have 360 SPA 2.5 tabs sitting at home and am intending to do a 6(and a bit) week cycle at 20mg ED.

I have used the search and have read numerous posts and so far seem to conclude that most people when using SPA/BTG are going for a dose between 20-30mg. These dosages seem to fall within the rule of 0.125mg per lbs bodyweight rule that is often recommended.

I would like to hear what peoples experiences have been using both SPA and BTG ox and what dosages have been effective for them.

Also has anybody done more than one cycle and tried with and without creatine....did the creatine affect the quality of gains(ie hardness, vascularity etc)

I am trying to get a better picture of the right dose when using the real things, so without sounding rude I dont want to hear peoples experiences with generics, Its not that I dont appreciate your opinion its just that from what I read the difference between dosages seems so extreme( people have mentioned using 100mg+ on generics) that it is not helpful to me.

Any SPA/BTG opinions greatly welcomed.

I have completed 2 Ox only cycles and a couple buddies of mine also have a few Ox only cycles under their belt.

I personally did one BTG only cycle at 40mg/day and a SPA only cycle at 30mg/day. Both were with Anavar.

These were way back when I first started juicing. Had great results with both cycles.

Gained nearly 20lbs of lean mass (this was 8 weeks post cycle) after the 2 cycles.

Zero side effects and awesome strength gains.

I feel that Oxandrolone is one of the best, if not THE best, anabolic available. It is very expensive though.
 
IMO, any dose over 35 MG of good Ox is a waste.

40 MG max, I don't feel you really need that much.

The key with ox is duration of cycle. The longer the better.

Do you mind me asking how heavy you guys were when you did the cycles, just interested to see if it ties in with the 0.125mg lb rule
