im 28 6-1 220@ 10%bf,this would be my third cycle.A50 2 weeks out,then 250 mg sustanon,or enthalate eod.300 mg deca mon-thurs for 10 weeks.simple but should be effective,whats your take?

So you are using the abombs just for the first 2 weeks as a kick start? I don't see any problems with that. Your test and deca dosages seem high though if you are doing eod test and 600 deca a week.

i am curious to see how much quality mass i can gain w/this dose.i usually do 500mg sust,and 300deca and top out at about 240.i want to see 260 this time,its an expensive experiment but i think it will be worth it.i have read alot of info that says you will achive max results at around 1 gram test.ill have the nolvadex on hand,along w/clomid for post cycle
