What were your gains on var? Var only, that is.
Strength and size.

If he can handle 300 lbs for 6 reps , and then after var he can handle 300 lbs for 9 reps I think this is awesome progress.

Hm. I went from 6 reps on 115kgs to 5 reps on 130kgs after 3 weeks on prohormones (Dermabolics S1+ and Big-1). I figured any steroid would be better. However, I lost virtually all my gains, even with proper PCT, so the most important thing would be to get keepable gains.

var gains are too hard to quantify. i ran 100mg while i was dieting and my strenght went up every week, and my body weight stayed the same while i was losing fat. if you can afford it, its good shit

Week 6/8 30mg/day of BD var and creatine. I'm up from 170lbs to 184, still lean around 7%. Went from 245lbs bench for 10 reps to 265 for 8 reps as of yesterday.

40 mg per day 8 weeks. 9 lbs. all solid. kept 90% very easily no water no bloat good strength gains. love it.

i have used halo only and i was a frickin monster in the gym..i was pacing in the gym like a lion in his cage at the zoo. It was awesome..i am about to try var for the first time in april 40mgs ed for 8wks. from what i have read the 2 compounds are very similar so i cant wait!

Halo is nowhere to be found in Norway, or I'd be swallowing like Jenna Jameson 4 sure. Anavar is so expencive over here, that I'd like to have it rated forehand. My dealer says it's crap, and keeps pushing that testo. However, I'm a pussy, and needles make me cry - hence, pills are teh shit. I can't think of any other oral cycle with keepable strength gains other than var then..
Any suggestions?
