your advice about my diet

I want to drop 2-4% bf in 4 weeks...slow metabolism...
from monday to friday:
meal 1:50g oatmeal
12 eggs (1 whole egg)

meal 2: 50g oatmeal
12 eggs (1 whole egg)

meal 3: 250g tuna
50g rice

meal 4 (post workout): 50g whey peotein

meal 5 :200g tuna
120g chicken
20-30g bread

until saturday evening: whey protein,tuna...no carbs til the evening.

from saturday evening to sunday evening:
carb reload:eat a lot of free sugar,complex carbs,fat,cake for 24 hours ONLY !!!! ALL I WANT TO EAT !!!!
since I do that my muscles look "full" in the monday evening and I don't even look bloated because of cars consumption (it happens to me sometimes when I have a high carbs diet)


NO AAS,NO T3...

I lift 5Xweek
high intensity cardio for 35 min 6X weeks...
what do you think about it ???
 
Your metabolism will definately be slow if you starve yourself. How much do you weigh, how many calories is this, what are the ratios?

THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS TO EAT HIGH GLYCEMIC FOODS AND FAT. Do you want to eat cake or do you want to lose 4% bf? You have to make a choice. On a carbup eat as many carbs as you like but keep fat as low as possible. Your body is going to store all of that fat.
 
did it in july and dropped 8% bf in 10 weeks...seems working good on me.
I stay very strict on my diet 6/7 and my reload day isn't worse at all...
you never do low carb diet with 1 cheat day???
in fact cheat day is supposed to relaunch the metabolism..
and I never mix carbs and fat in the same meal...
