Would you seriously pitch or sell them? 100% free myoplex carb sense.....would you eat them as part of a lean bulk or just ditch em for their inferior protein count......The macros are pretty good, it's the ingredients that are par.....if you did eat em, would you chop em up, add em to oats, pw shake? They def. arent a meal on thier own.....midnight snack?

My buddy used to eat one during his pre-competition phase at midnight....all the way up to about 4 weeks......but he was also on some heavy shit.....just curious......thanks........

I agree with Silver, it's wrong to throw food away (or at least that's how I feel). I would just eat one a day to augment my protein intake until they are gone.
 
I eat Detour Oatmeal's sometimes. They aren't the same as a good meal, but there are times when I need to be able to carry my food with me. My gf works at GNC...so they are almost free. I wouldn't touch one when I'm cutting though...
