all the time., not every night but 4 out of 7, same with the TV. Got into the habit a few years back when I lived in a mouse infested apartment. I thought the light and noise would keep the mice out of the bedroom.
I use to fall asleep with my light on because I didn't feel like getting up after laying in bed to turn it off. Then I got a lamp for my nightstand.
At that time I'd also sleep with my wrist watch on, on top of my already made bed with just a sheet covering me, and with classical music playing. I was too lazy to make my bed in the morning. I would forget to wear my watch to school if I didn't already have it on.
