Its really started to do my head in. I dont consider myself to be obsessed, i just go to the gym 4 days a week, make sure i eat right and dont go out and get drunk. What the hells wrong with that?

What do you bros say to people when they say shit like that to you? To be honest, recently i cant be bothered and just tell people to f**k off back to their sofa, but there has to be a better thought out response.

Id also like to add its normally the same people who, in the summer, see youre body and say
"how can i get like that?"
or my personal favorite,
"im going on holiday in a month, can i come up the gym with you to get in shape!"
