oral dosing is OK for fat loss.. and dose tolerance VARIES an HUGE amount ( so any recomendation is pointless).. start with 3-5mg. and work your way up

you dont need to cycle it, at least not for the reasons that clen is cycled.. though most people dont like to take it all the time.. try 4-6wk on and 2 wk off
