OK, total dose for medium size guy would be in the 20mg range, as I said, work up to it. So if you get 11mg from nyc, no more than 10mg from other sources but WORK UP TO IT. The Same with your girl, start low and work up, she may or may not tolerate as much as you can.
As far as the sexual side effects for women, it very well might have this effect as it works by stimulating blood flow. I would really start low iwth your girl becasue it can also cause jitters and nervousness, obviously not something you want before sex.
