i think its a bit strong to start with, but im not sure of the dossage.
yohimbe works with litle or no carbs. and is better at getting rid of the stuborn fat- that last bit at the end of cutting.
Best results is to take it before morning cardio- about 3 hours before carbs.
ECA would prob be an easier choice. I had much better resuls with eca.
REM.... DIET is everything! You might not even need any supps.
