Yohimbe Bark

Is Yohimbe BArk the same thing as Yohimbine HCL. If not, is there any benefit in taking y.bark, say 800mg 3 times a day?

i keep hearin about this yohimbe stuff and never see a good answer to what the hell it is so if anyone can help with a brief discription of exactly what it does and what it is used for it would be greatly appreciated and karma can be sent in your way...

NO

though it does contain a small amount of yohimbine, it also contains other alkaloids that are not all that great

there is some benefit.. but not much and it is often accompanied by side effects caused by the other alkaloids.. but is better than nothing, unless you get bad sides

flushing, sweating, irregular hear beat, allergic reaction (less common), headaches, etc... while some of these may also accompany oral yohimbine use they are much less frequent-- and allergic reaction is unheard of,
