wuzup everyone. I waana start a new diet w/ new meals to lose the 15 lbs I gained back from trying a bulking phase. I am so tired of tuna!!! I want to cut down to 1-2 cans a day. I want to know if I can replace it w/ yogurt and if so, what yogurts do you recommend? I don't know the nutrition types they provide. THe ones my mom eats has no fat, 90 cals, but 16g of sugar:(
Do you think it is a good idea to eat yogurts as snacks during the day. 2 yogurts a day???
I know one shouldn't take dairy products when dieting but this will be low quanities of it....
let me know ya opionions...

i'd go w/cottage cheese instead bro.


yogurt has way too much sugar,

or try cottage cheese mixed w/a few tbsp of vanilla sugar free yogurt, w/some cinnamon if you don't like the cottage cheese taste.
 
Blue Bunny makes an 85 cal artificially sweetened yogurt.
"Lite 85" Pina Colada and coconut creme pie rule.
 
As far as dairy products go, yoghurt would be the best choice. It has a good ratio of proteins to carbs, has digestive enzymes. But in no way can make up the amount of protein from a can of tuna. I would take jerkbox's advice and get some Cottage.

yogurt is low gi

even though yogurt has sugar in it, it is lactose, which is low gi, as long you get the non-fat version, or a version sweeted with fructose ( low gi again ) you should be fine.

I get the plain non-fat variety and sweeten it with equal or splenda.

if you're not doing a keto type diet, fructose is fine, it's better than table sugar in relation to glycemic index. I am actually doing quite well leaning up on a low gi, low fat ( mainly EFAs ) moderate protein diet .
 
Babyfaced Assassin is right. It might not sound that great, but holy crap it's good.

1c fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2c fat free cottage cheese
1 scoop EAS Simply Whey Vanilla Creme

It's really really good. I eat it before bed.
