How is your new live in love doing? I heard that you and havoc are now sharing the same shower.
 
I am still living by myself with the exception of two ungrateful cats, one of which has started pissing on my laundry because apparently I only clean the litterbox once every six months, and this "pisses them off." I am thinking about getting a house though at the end of this year if I'm still steadily employed. I simply need more square footage to accomodate these ever-swelling quads and traps.

Have the rugrats learned how to say "grumpy old bastard" yet?

Why dont you just save yourself the hassle and start wearing those adult diapers you have in your closet?

On a serious note.... Why so much volume on chest, and why you so nasty? Jelus? Not a believer in the DoggCrapp training method? You are a strong fucker though, cant believe you can lift that without your osteoporosis acting up and snapping bones like i break condoms.

I only wear diapers when your mom and I play spank the baby. She one kinky broad. You have any idea how far a road cone will go up that womans ass? It's a phenomena that should be in the recored books.


Usually one body part 4 to 5 exercises, 4 to 5 sets. Sometimes I do splits though. This week I'm doing splits.

With all the talk on this board about how that is to much of a load, and that many sets, to find someone who has been in this game as long as you have doing it is surprising. You dont find youself over training?

Every now and then I get symptoms of over training, the sore joins, down energy levels, etc. I just cut back for a while and revamp my basic program. When I feel better again I go back to the basic setup.
