ps.. I be havin 1 paket of thai curry seasoning mix left in da frizzidge and some brocoli. I dont want none of dat complicated shit wit dem pinapples and wine and all that (im talking to u guidos on dis board) so gimme sumthing simple or im rolln to da mickey D's tonight. Holla at yo boy.

I don't know the exact directions for that currie mix you have. But I would just toss a small bit of olive oil in the pan. Throw your chicken in there with the currie mix. Assuming you have it all mixed together. Cover the chicken and the mix until the chicken is about half cooked. Drop the heat to low and add the broccoli and cover it back up and let it finish. You don't want the broccoli hard, but you don't want it mooshy either. Not sure if it helps man. Good luck on it. It's not too hard, cooking is all a guessing game any way.
