I like to run in the neighborhood of 50mgs/day,for 10+ weeks on average.Tyler-liver detox right alongside it,and now with AF's sesapure,that will be a main supplemental staple as well to help with HDL/LDL ratio's.
Found that super-high protein intake(at least 1.5G per lb of BW daily)and Creatine supplementation(at least 10-15G/day)seem to be the difference in me gaining serious size on it.Being lax on either seems to keep me in the marginal gains department that most report.Staying on top of those things,and I usually gain between 7-10lbs of LBM while simultaniously dropping BF,so there's a pretty dramatic shift in overall body composition.
