Yo Huck!!!

I like to run in the neighborhood of 50mgs/day,for 10+ weeks on average.Tyler-liver detox right alongside it,and now with AF's sesapure,that will be a main supplemental staple as well to help with HDL/LDL ratio's.

Found that super-high protein intake(at least 1.5G per lb of BW daily)and Creatine supplementation(at least 10-15G/day)seem to be the difference in me gaining serious size on it.Being lax on either seems to keep me in the marginal gains department that most report.Staying on top of those things,and I usually gain between 7-10lbs of LBM while simultaniously dropping BF,so there's a pretty dramatic shift in overall body composition.

What do you weigh now? I remember the days when I never thought you were clean! LOL!!!

Well,due to health issues(Irregular heartbeat,cholesterol,BP,Prostate),I took an extended time off,and concentrated more on training like an athlete and really leaning out and just becoming healthier.I got up as high as the 260's at one point,but carried a large amount of BF,and although good size,looked and felt like shit.Spent about 6-8 months of really cleaning my diet out,hitting a rigorous cardio routine,and concentrating on improving health and longevity.Lost close to 60lbs-A lot of size went with it(particularly being 100% substance free),but I am in the best shape,endurance,health and lean-ness-wise that I have been in many years.I'm in the low 200's now,and actually don't want to be huge anymore,but if I can maintain a bodyweight of 215-220 and stay under 10% BF at 5'11 year round I would be quite satisfied.Personal goals have changed quite a bit since when I was younger(and wanting to be the thickest mo-fo>which genetics wouldn't allow anyway,lol).I like being strong,mobile,quick,and at least somewhat healthy,hehheh.
