Drag curls are done with a barbell. You start the movement below
the waist. The trick to the movement is to keep the barbell slightly
touching your body as you raise the weight. You will only go
to the bottom of your chest. Don't worry about feeling like it's a
partial rep, you'll know what you did THE NEXT DAY! Not only that
but you will get a GREAT pump when your doing them!! This excercise will help in two ways. It will give you lower Bi-cep developent you never had and it will make you strong as shit!
