As SK has said run 2 weeks Clen then 2 weeks e/c/a the 2 weeks clen again.
Everyone is different and have different tolerances to clen. To find yours start with 3 tabs and day by day increase dosage by 1 tab. When you can not stand the sides anymore (i.e. shakes) then back off 1 tab and hold that dosage as you are at maximum.
In terms of taking there are two trains of thought. You can either take all Am on empty stomach for max absorbtion (but sides can be more severe) or space out during the day as Clem has long 1/2 life.
IMO i get better results all Am but this is personal preference.
