fresh veggies and those in a can, or even frozen.
I've recently found myself literally getting hooked on fresh steamed (OK, microwaved) green beans with just a lil' spritz of butter-flavored spray (0 calories) and a pinch of salt. Goes most awesomely with my daily baked chicken breasticles.
Used to haf'ta choke down canned green beans, and frozen were only slightly more tolerable.
Hell, my GF's even eating them willingly...and she's more pickey about her food than that Mikey kid from the old Life cereal commercials.
Just thot I'd share.
