I am wondering if this is a bad thing.
I cannot, nomatter what time I wake.. sleep untill around 4am... Also, I seem to sleep 10-11 hours a day! even if I havent done jack shit the day before... Is there any particular reason for this? anyone know? I have been taking a break from diet excersise (am back to the lifting now).. and am taking no supplements.. I havent been intaking hardly any Protein.. dont' think that would matter though, would it?
