I have screwed around with and without creatine. Gotta say, Purcee made a difference while on var. Tried normal monohydrate, too much bloat. Tried BSL Cellmass because Purcee was out of stock. Stuff is garbage. As far as soft tissue. I actually feel better on var. Not sure if it fixes anything, but I do have less pains in my joints. GH is supposed to help. Been on it for a long time and still have issues, but I'm not giving in yet!
