Yet ANOTHER acne question

Ok as some know ive been off my cycle for about 3 weeks but last week i started breaking out real bad on my back and some on my arms and shoulders.. is this common to break out after the cycle and not during it? i had no break outs during the cycle.. also i have been sleeping very little lately and i know lack of sleep can cause back break out.. thanks

Yup, I never break out til post-cycle. Just another reason coming off sucks...

i usually break out horribly on test around week 8. I've been off now for over 5 weeks and i'm still getting acne. What I found that works for me is a lot of oxy-10 on the back and clearisil pads to clean it. I tried the b-5 method, 2-3 grams a day, and that didn't work. i don't think sleep has anything to do with your break outs..but that's just my humble op..

Yeah, I think sleep is totally unrelated.

It sucks. About weeek 8 it will start for me, gets worse every cycle. Proactive for the face has worked better than anything I've ever used.

What did your cycle look like. I am just curious if this happens just when using test, or if it would also happen with milder compounds.

I would think that anything that messes with your hormones can do it. So basically any type of gear...

happens to me more than I would like to admit....you'd think you'd have more acne on cycle but unless its drol or brovel crap i do have more breakouts coming off.
