Should you use it more than once daily (eg pre-A.M. and pre-P.M workouts)?

Should you use it while on Clen?

From what I've read... Yes to both questions.

I have a bottle on the way and will be using throughout my entire cutting run, and that includes Clen in there.

I use it in the AM, right after my shower.
I use it again in the PM, after another shower.

I am taking Clen with it also - no problems.

Does this stuff really work?
I mean come on, spray some stuff on your skin and it eats the fat under it???

Thanx

yes
no :) -- (see below)

what it does is deliver drugs to the site that enable fatburning. Fat tissue that is stubborn is rich in Alpha2 receptors (these basically acts as "brakes" when it comes to lipolysis- fatburning- which is a very big part of the reason its hard to lose that type of fat). By delivering actives that block the alpha2 receptor it allows for "normal" utilization of fat (it takes of the brakes by blocking the norepinephrine "foot" from stepping on them)-- because of this it actually increases the NE levels above normal- allowing for accelleration of lipolysis (though just the blocking effect alone is significant to lipolytic action). Yohimburn ES also contains other ingredients that enhance these local metabolic effects.

Just don't forget your diet with it. Too many people use diet products without a proper diet/cardio regiment. Make sure you have a good diet dialed in and you're doing cardio, then you're good to go.

Yeah I wouldnt even consider it but I'm on a cutting cycle, with cardio twice daily and high intensity weight training once daily both 6 days a week and a super clean diet.

Thanks for the prompt responses bros!

So when should you take it? 1 hour before cardio? and how much, how many times a day?

Thanx

before cardio-1fhr is fine though 30-40min is preferable. Most people use once a day, though some people do it twice. with second app either in the AM or before bed (or in the rare case before second workout)

Okay, this is really not a joke. I just wanted to know if i should shave my chest to apply YES??? I have a very hairy chest and i think it might be harder for me to apply. And if i do, would it burn???

Thanx

shaving is good and it will exfoliate the area (shaving removes part of the top layer of skin- good for delivery and uptake). It may tingle more, but it should not be to any extent that would stop you from doing it.

Is it alright to take a shower after my workout I put the yes on a half hour before my workout then I do cardio for about 45 minutes then I get my shower will that effect the yes?
