YES for low bf

does anyone with bf lower than 8% use YES. I have ab veins and all six are clearly visible but i would like to rip them up even more.

yes. at that point, often, most of the fat that remains is A2 rich. (why, for men, its hard to often shred out the hammies and lower back, etc...)

ok so will it make lower abs more visible and make the lines in between abs deeper. there is really nothing to pinch the bleeks stick out a lot but i want the actual abs to stick out a bit more. what is A2 rich. also i am a natural ecto so i am at this bf natty no dieting or cutting cycles to attain it

It helped me out alot B I have problems in my lower abs using that tightned me up nicely. that and cardio breeze is there best shit

i mean they are shredded bro, i have ab veins and they are pretty ripped up but i want more seperation and deeper lines in between if you know what i mean. my abs have never really looked better than now if that is your question. there is barely anything to pinch, i test at 3% on a caliper though i know i'm about 6-8%. macro i'm gonna pm you a pic of my abs tell me what you think
