Year Long Cycles

Guys I am thinking about taking my bodybuilding to a new level. I have been bodybuilding for about one year now, however I have always been involved in athletics . I played division I soccer and lifted weights occasionally. My goal is to get reach 250lbs at 7% bodyfat. I am currently 200lbs at 7%, my height is 5' 9" So I am hoping to add aroung 50lbs of LBM in year or so. I will be running a year long cycle in which I will switch around the compounds. For example, tren/eq/prop/winny for 20 weeks followed by 20weeks of Test/Dbol/Deca. I would like to hear some opinions on this especially from guys that have run year long cycles. Thanks
 
I did just realize that you have only done one cycle and lifting for one year. Being on for a year straight is pointless, give me one good reason for it at your stage of the bodybuilding "carrier."

thats insane bro, 20 weeks of tren ( I think the concensus is that the results decline after 10 weeks) plus Prop? you are gonna do every day shots for 20 weeks? and Dbol for that long is insane.
In my opinion, the only compounds I would use for a long cycle would be Test, Deca, eq, and HGH the others I think would either be to harsh or impractical. Let us know the dosages you plan on running that long ( like 5-10mg of dbol may not hurt you for 20 weeks but you wont see the greatest results either, where 30-50mg will bloat you but your liver will definately be inflamed from 20 weeks of that shit) If you havent used anything before, you will be suprised at the results you get from low dose simple cyles like 500 test and 200-400 of deca for 10-12 weeks. I bet you could put an easy 25-30 lbs on. good luck
 
do a more 12 weeks cycle before staying on for a year. IMO, you started AAS way too early
 
Dial Tone, I have been bodybuilding for about one year. However, I have many years of training for many years. However, most of this training was cardiovascular in nature. For instance, before I ever started bodybuilding I could do full barbell squats 405lbs for 20rep sets.

How low do you actually go on the squats? And if you could have done that much before even starting "bodybuilding" then you have great genetics and can grow a lot more with or without juice.

I did a year long cycle mostly with Eq and was able to gain 20 lbs lbm that to this date i believe i have kept. If you want to gain 50lbs of Lean bm then your going to have to surpass your goal of 50lbs by enough to diet down to your ideal 50lbs at 7%lbm, and you wont do that wo some heavy androgen periods in the program. Mature lbm takes time and you wont do it in one year.
No AAS guarantees that or lee priest would come back this year at 320 ripped, lol.
 
The reason why I believe I can add 50lbs of LBM is that I am new to the steroid game and bodybuilding specific training. I have only ran one cycle which consisted of sustanon250 at 1 amp per week for 8 weeks in which I gained 28lbs. Thus, my receptors are still in their prime state. I honestly believe that I can pack on 50 lbs of LBM with a year long cycle.

Those 28lbs weren't lbm.

you just said it bro, receptors are virgin, you did an 8 week cycle of a little test and gained well. if you ran a cycle longe rthan lets say 10-12 weeks your receptors stop recognizing the drugs and you stop growing. the only reason guys stay on gera year long is if they are competing and can't afford to take time off or lose there gains.

for you bro honestly if you a good gainer then you should runa few more cycles spread out you'll get your gains maybe sooner than you expect. however running gear for a year straight will not help you I promise.
 
Try This

10 weeks Dbol/Deca-10 weeks Test/Tren-10 weeks EQ/Winny Try this If you have to do these drugs and it has to be a year, this would be safer, but it's still a little Reckless.
 
Dial Tone, I would do a from of rest pause squats. For example, I would crank out 10 full reps, take a breather for about 15-20 seconds while still shouldering the weight and crank out another 5 reps, take another 15-20 second rest and crank out another 5. Trust me a few sets of these squats are taxing.
 
^ for more opinions/suggestions on year long extended cycles. Also, what type of role could GH play in an extended cycle, and with what type of results? Thanks

That would equate to a single rep max somewhere in the neighborhood of VERY high 600's. The Junior National record for the squat in the 198lb class is 655. You'll forgive me if I sound a bit sceptical.

I have serious doubts about this claim also. However if what you're saying is true I expect to see you on the cover of Powerlifting USA in a year executing a world record squat.

Been following Powerlifting for many years, and did alittle competing myself. At 200lbs squating 405 for 20 reps while not even training specifically for that lift is a fantastical accomplishment.
