Guys I am thinking about taking my bodybuilding to a new level. I have been bodybuilding for about one year now, however I have always been involved in athletics . I played division I soccer and lifted weights occasionally. My goal is to get reach 250lbs at 7% bodyfat. I am currently 200lbs at 7%, my height is 5' 9" So I am hoping to add aroung 50lbs of LBM in year or so. I will be running a year long cycle in which I will switch around the compounds. For example, tren/eq/prop/winny for 20 weeks followed by 20weeks of Test/Dbol/Deca. I would like to hear some opinions on this especially from guys that have run year long cycles. Thanks
