Yeah another insulin post, but a new question I think

Ok couldn't find this answer in backposts and many allude to this fact but never come outright and state it. It seems like most assume they will gain a decent amount of fat with insulin usage. My question is if diet is kept tight and one were to use HCA and ALA to help reduce fat storage could one keep fat gains close to nothing while still gaining muscle? I don't have a full understanding of the chemical effects of exogenous insulin introduced into one's body so maybe this is a stupid question but I would still like an answer :D This is because I am getting ready for a comp in a few months and would like to bulk up a little but don't want to have to shed 20lbs of fat come contest time. Right now my bodyfat is around 8-10% I would estimate and I don't gain fat too easily, especially since I pretty much quit drinking.

Really I have heard otherwise and it is fairly cheap. I don't want to use clen or an ECA stack. I don't like stimulants. I don't really wish to use t3 either or dnp or anything like that. Just not worth the risks for my purposes. Is that what you were talking about? Any answers to the original question?
