Yay...... Gloat thread!

Training last night.. my Friend.. and a chick that sometimes trains with me, walked up to me and said Whoa.. your shoulders are getting broad.. your back is growing and your looking leaner... YEHAAAAAA

Lately when I train I have a t-shirt on so ya can't really see whats going on in there.. but yesterday I had on a workout top.

Had an amazing Back and Tri's workout! Also realized that whilst doing wide lat pulldowns I upped the weight. I'd done 100 before and easy.. so I upped to 110 and did the set then noticed the extra drop weights were down .. so I actually upped not 10lbs but hell 17lbs!

I'm almost back to my strength before my elbow surgery!

I've increased all of my weights without having to drop reps...

ok.... end of gloat :verygood:

There is nothing wrong with gloating!!!! Congrats on the increase in weights. I'm sure you will show of your sexy shoulders and back in ATL.

It's nice to get a positive comment now and then. A women at work said I looked really good and told me I was getting "skinny". Yesterday, a male trainer told me he was impressed with my leg workouts.

As of right now I am training for comp July 9th...

My hectic struggles go up and down but I think I've come up with a plan to make it happen.

Good job woman

Funny I was going to post up a gloating thread too, This week I've been alittle down on myself, thinking what the hell am I doing, and I'm looking right for less than 4 weeks away...Nerves are setting in... And like 4 different people this week have come up and asked me if I'm competing, or have some sort of event coming up cause they'll noticed I've gotten alot leaner in the last few weeks.

Don't get down. You, Frisky and Sassy are an inspiration to us newbies that are considering competing in the future.

I think they just didn't want to tell me so they'd get the whole 'pop' affect.. LOL

I'll pick up a pair of pasties (sp) when i hit the stripper store on Sat for my suit and make sure to wear those babies when I prance around in the Frisky Hooch of all Hooch tops.
