Yay First Post

Guys I must say this board is DA BOMB!!!

Well my Q's to you BIG GUYS is im 20 years old and I have a weight of 212 im not fat but im thick and strong and i did 2 cycles beofre deca and d-bol but my wrist's are skinny! like right where the wrist starts 2 inchs up and my forarm is big but my writs are small and makes my arms small should i worry about this?

Also 1 more before i was your time when u bulk should u worry about getting a big gut? (Stomach) cuz i think i can loose it in the summer like 5 months before summer so is this ok as long as i can loose it? its not big i can still see my 4 abs when i flex only but if i let it hang out u see nothing
 
Small wrist should make your arms look bigger. Smaller joints and bones make your muscles appear larger and look better - so IMO that is a good thing.

Don't worry about your gut while bulking. Save that for cutting. Keep the 2 seperate.

i have small wrists....the only real drawback is injury

find you some simple exercises to keep them strong....because you dont need any set backs during a cycle. You need to strengthen them whether you use wraps or not.

Cool thanks, my wrists do appear bigger closer to my elbows but when u go down to ur hand looks skinny like i can gasp it when my other hand and put my pinky and thumb around it and almost touches like 3 cm of
