sorry to post this here guys, but im sure someone has experience...and i cant get a response anywhere else...
it's my first cutting cycle...would just like to drop a little BF, diet and training are in check, and I'll be doing HIIT training 3 times a week, Ive never had experience with xenadrine before, but needless to say, i picked some up for a little boost... I just need to know what times to take them, do i follow the guidelines on the bottle? 2 before breakfast, and 2 later in the afternoon? or is there a better time? I'm 6'0 190 btw, lift around 4-5pm on a 4 day split. HIIT will also be mid-afternoon.
 
im using the efx version right now, i take two when i wake up and 2 an hour before my workout usually around 2 pm. There good for energy, but they really dont do shit for me for appetite suppression.
 
I take xenadrine everynow and then, mostly for the energy though. I find it does help greatly with appetite suppression(which i dont like actually), but only for about the first 4-5days of the cycle. I would recommend cycling it like, 2 weeks on, 2 off, thats what seems to work the best for me. And I would take 2 in the morning with breakfast, and the other 2 sometime atleast 8 hours before you plan on going to sleep, otherwise you might have trouble sleeping.
