If I take xenadrine will I lose muscle mass as well. I somehow want to lose the fat while maintaing/gaining muscle. Is this possible? Does xenadrine burn muscle as well? Thanks

You should take it AM on an empty stomach before your cardio. Also, it can be taken before a workout to maximized energy and lifts, while helping fat-burning.

i used xenadrine the first three months of the year and had excellent results. I also replaced two meals a day with cytoplex drinks from the same company. i have off of an ECA product for two months now and am on a balanced diet rather than the shakes and over the course of the five months so far, i have lost 16 pounds and about 9% bf. Not rapid but consistant which is more important.
I have read that when using ECA products you should only use for 12 weeks and off for 12 weeks to prevent heart problems and increased tolerance. Sounds like I will try the Adipo next time around.
