x-files episode name help, please.

im looking for the name of a certain x-files episode..

it was a very wacky episode that i remember little about yet i want to watch it again..


in it they find some airforce pilots in a crashed jet;they are dressed up as aliens, greys to be specific... i also remember them talking about 2-3 different alien races and how they were all fighting each other. they might have been fighting over earth; im not sure

im pretty sure it was an episode in the first 4 seasons..
