Arachidonic Acid definitely has a Loyal following
and it most cases seems to do what it claims among user at least on Bodybuilding .com
( this is just an observation)
The company using it, also took the time to bring it to market ( legally and other wise)
From what i here from my clients, and some people at BOSS, it works verry well, but their maybee some sides, since most people are not use that amount of Arachidonic Acid (derived from red meats)...The maker and author of Anabolics 2006, knows his shit. Ive learned more from his articles and books then anyone else.
My gut said stay the fuck away - pro-inflamatory action (the basis of x-factors MOA) is the basis for most disease processes and especially cardiovascular disease progression.
BUT apparantly llewellyn has an independent study showing that short term use actually improved CV markers. caution - havent read the actual study, only his re-telling of it.
