Legit... or will they take my info and do unspeakable things with it?

Also, I believe this gives me an EquiFax credit report. Aren't there another 2 or 3 credit bureaus from which I should get a report as well to be sure everything is in order? How would I go about doing that (for free ).

Apply for credit for something that you know you won't get. You're entitled to your credit report in case of denial.

And BTW, freecreditreport.com never sent me mine, but I sure got a bunch of new spam emails.
