2 small buckwheat pancakes w/little butter and 'syrup' sweetened with splenda

Off to work, 10:30 AM
One of my girls called in sick :(
Drinking my second liter of water now

Gym, hopefully by 1:30 PM for some cardio so I can work out those glasses of wine from last night!

Pre-workout- Apple, w/one scoop shredded mass & water

Meal 2.5, 3PM
Should be leftover pork chop (small) and a big salad

Meal 3, 6 or 7 PM
Chicken fajitas with the BEST tortillas from Sam's Club. I'll have to post the name, pretty high fiber and protein contest, whole wheat, INCREDIBLE texture.

peppers, onions, home made black bean & corn salsa, etc

1/2 cup brown rice
 
So I never made it to the gym yesterday. I feel like such a slacker, but can't wait to get my suppliments shipped! Should have them by Friday.

I DID go grocery shopping today and I FINALLY ditched the weight control instant oatmeal. Made the OLD FASHIONED kind this AM with a bit of splenda and cinnamon. popped it into tupperware still hot and took it to work with me.

Added a bit of hot water to the oatmeal and a few raisins. Microwaved for 45 seconds and went at it- yummy!

Meal 3, should be around 1:30 or 2 PM
Big salad with lettuce, cukes, green pepper, alfalpha sprouts & 5 oz chicken

Yeah, thanks!! I can't believe the difference in 'real' oatmeal. The taste, texture, consistency... Good stuff! I also bought some pumpkin pie spice to try in it. Some frozen raspberries too to ensure I won't be bored w/it.

fresh asparagus ($4.99/lb but it looked sooooo good)
1/2 cup brown rice if I end up cooking it or salad if I end up making it
 
hehe :) Oatmeal took a little while to get use to for me, but with the cinn & Splenda it goes down much better :)

If the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice doesn't work with the oatmeal, definitely try the raspberries. That's the best!! :chomp:

Few more raspberries for dessert... they could easily become the latest addiction!!

Soooo stressed out @ work, the new boss is back in town for evaluations, staffing plans, the 'next steps'.... Trying to sell the truck, moving into a new apartment, and getting ready for our sales achiever trip to Orlando in two weeks. Slowly starting the talks & planning THE BIG MOVE out west. Shooting for March 07, if we can compromise on the exact location!! Revised new years resolution- This stress is going to make me work out more, not eat more!!

Thanks again to everyone for the warm welcome. I needed it!! Today was TOUGH. I went way too long w/out food and I didn't get a real lunch in. After 11 hours at work, I was in no mood to work out.

oatmeal w/a few spoonfuls raspberries again. no need for splenda... sweet enough w/out.

Medium apple before meeting

The meetings begin w/the new boss. GREAT STUFF, and I managed to break for about 10 minutes at 5PM - to pee, refill the water bottle, and scarf down a few almonds

Finally leave work, 7PM

Meal 4, 8PM
American Idol & lots eggs/egg whites mixed with american cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms. 3 links all natural turkey sausage. two slices whole wheat toast.

I am stuffed. No gym today, but will make it up tomorrow. AM cardio session, PM for bis and back.

Thank you!!! I needed that! Today was a much better day. Jam packed FULL at work, but not only did I get 50 mins of cardio in before, I left with so much more energy and clarity than the day before.

Back (seated rows, lower back extensions, lat pulldowns) with a few sets of cable crunches thrown in

Biceps (dumbell curls, then cables with arms extend at shoulder height- curling inward towards head- do these have a name?, then reverse preacher curls... finally ending with some pull ups. Breakthrough moment, I do five unassisted pull ups with no one touching or holding my feet. I spent so much time on the assisted chin up/dip machine that pull ups have been tough. Then I decide to show the bf up (after he curls his 80 lb dumbells) that I *can* curl those 37.5 pounders, at least once or twice. Ah ha- THREE TIMES w/RIGHT, TWO AND A QUARTER TIMES w/LEFT ARM!

Meal 4, 8PM
8 oz chicken breast
couple handfuls tortilla chips
1.5 cups cauliflower

FEEL GOOD TODAY! Lighter and tighter!! :D
 
Weekend went okay, had Mexican on Saturday night for Mom's birthday plus a (shared!) piece of bday cake. Put on a security deposit on the new apartment WHICH IS ABOUT A FIVE MIN DRIVE FROM OUR GYM!! No excuse to not do cardio in the AM and when the weather gets warmer I can even walk there. We're also a walk away from the stadium & track. Woot!!!!

Did good yesterday at superbowl party! We brought a veggie platter and two types of wings so I could stick to non-buffalo wing chicken and celery basically. I didn't touch any potato chips which are amoung my hardest-to-resist list.

so sore from working legs yesterday. i was excited to see fred at the gym. he's an all-natural body builder, eight weeks out from a show. he took some time with me yesterday as he always does b/c he'd love for me to kick it into high-gear and try a show myself. Anyway, I did get to work out with him and I squatted 205 for 4 reps towards the end of my workout. going for shoulders & triceps with 18-25 mins of HIIT tonight.

eggs/egg white omlet with few strips bacon
two slices whole wheat toast
 
Bought new protein powder today- final day of Vitamin World's sale

Trying a new fish/flax combo suppliment 2x daily instead of just an Omega 3-6-9 pill 3x daily

Trying a new bread made by a local bakery & sold in Hannaford grocery stores. 100% whole wheat and all natural. Has about five or six ingredients and I can pronounce them all.

Also went with a 'no sugar added' peanut butter, I think it might be Peter Pan? Sweetened with Splenda. Yuuueecck... no good. Weird consistency & I'll stick with my all natural.
 
Glucurell/Sesapure and Thermorexin came today! Read the thread about when/where to take them. Can somone check me and give a quick thumbs up or down?

soooooo much snow here right now! who needs the treadmill when you have a shovel and 18 inches of the white stuff?!?! Flying off to Orlando tomorrow for the sales achiever trip- woot!! Mid-70s sound GREAT! Checked already- hotel seems to have a decent gym. Have protein powder, apples, and almonds packed already. Will have to go with the rest of the offered meals... There was a low-carb choice that I probably should have looked into.

unsure what's gonna happen here, but haven't taken glucorell all day yet. will before this meal.......

just talked with the boyfriend. we're going out to eat before his flag football game. def. taking the glucorell with me so I can down some when i order.

he's been great with food- cooking, ordering, taking me out, but i'm trying to be careful with my choices.

FL was great! A balmy 70 degrees, now back to 35*F and GUSTY winds. Wow.

I never want to complain about a man who cooks (and cooks well!) but I *will* complain if that cooking ends up on my hips & thighs!!
 
I should rename this thread- back on track. After travelling all last week, I feel like today is a new beginning.

Yesterday-
Around 10 AM- Slept in!! Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
Buckwheat pankcakes with strawberries & strawberry protein powder

12 noon, two t-rex
Gym for biceps, back, 50 mins cardio

3pm Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
tuna on whole wheat
also shared one apple and one orange w/boyfriend

5:30 PM, four whole wheat crackers w/all nat peanut butter

7:30 PM Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
5 oz chicken breast
1.5 cups broccoli
3/4 cup brown rice

9:30 PM - soooo hungry
protein shake with skim milk and ice
 
Today - feeling GOOD!!!

8 AM- Took supps and glucorell
Then ate one cup oatmeal with sugar free maple syrup and raisins

9 AM- 30 mins cardio

9:45-1:00 PM work

1:30 PM - taking one/two trex & eating lunch

Then packing MORE boxes so we can move this weekend!!

5:30 PM, back to the gym to work legs - maybe a piece of fruit before I go

7:30 PM Will take sesapure and glucorell then eat-
veggie soup or salad
5 oz chicken breast
1.5 cups broccoli

How did the move go? Did a box fall on ya? ;)

Still in the packing stage. We pick up the keys tomorrow and will do the bulk of the moving on Saturday morning. One box truck & three pick-ups. Going 'caravan' style with all 4 vehicles moving from point A to B ONCE!! Or at least I hope it works that way! :)
