I won something on ebay (supplies I needed). 3 weeks went by and I didn't get it yet. I wrote the seller a few times, didn't get a reply, called his phone number that ebay gave me (no answer, ever), then left negative feedback and filed a complaint with paypal after 6 weeks. he never responded to the complaint from them.
Another buyer on ebay was going through the exact same thing with the seller. no responses ever, to the ebay messages, emails, or phone calls. I had to go and buy the supplies elsewhere, as I have a show coming up in 2 weeks.
I finally got a response from the seller saying only "i don't know what happened. i'll resend".
that was all i got in response to my dozen messages.
yesterday, i got the item from him.
today... i got a notice from paypal that they have made a decision in my favor and refunded my $26.00
what would gonelifting do? keep the supplies AND the $26 and chalk it up to it being the sellers own fault and if he can't read his messages, he shouldn't be selling? keep the $26 for my trouble, since it cost me almost double to buy it from the manufacturer? Not respond like he did to me, if he even notices?
take a nap?
