Wtf? Windows Media Player says I have a copyright problem when playing DVDs...

Well I tried it with a different DVD player app and when the movie started the sound played but the screen was blank...I figured it was the same shit going on...?

Usually that means you're missing a codec on your computer... if you're missing certain codecs you'll be able to hear the audio but not see the visual and if you're missing audio codecs you can see the video but hear no sound. Try downloading DivX <a href="http://www.download.com/DivX-Player-with-DivX-Pro-Codec-/3000-2194-10316157.html?tag=lst-0-5">here</a> and see if that helps. When you install it though, say no when it asks if you want the 6 month DivX Pro trial.

got it...so how do I run the DVD from there? It won't autoplay for gdivx and when I find it through browsing in gdivx it gives me each individual file so there is no right file for me to choose to play the whole movie

that is an upgrade patch, you have to have a previous version for it to work...

thanks though. I'm still trying to find a program that works. I found one that will play but only for 10 minutes a time....the rest have this is copyright problem with macrovision. so gay

apparently it won't work because the TV-out function on my video card is enabled. Anyone know how to turn that off?

chewy i got full version and the cd key through my means. (mirc) now its too compicated to explain how to use mirc. I tested the program its works great and its automatic so u don't have to do anything. If u want me to transfer it trough msn or something... i will be glad to help you.
