WTF!! making fina, need help quick

ok, i got an "A" kit and i have the majic solution and a vial with oil in it.... directions say to add the pellets to the majic solution. but the majic solution has a top on it that wont come off... its like the top of a vial, where u stick the needle in to draw up. is something wrong, or am i just retarted and cant get the top off.... let me know

you have two vials and both of them are crimp topped? One should have a rubber stopper.

If he runs out of rubber stoppers he crimps a top on, just peel it off, its soft metal. You can get a knife or scissors under it and rip it a bit, then use a pliers and tear it off.

Make sure you have the right stuff. The magic solution should be clear. If it is I guess you'll have to get out some plyers and take the top of.

They flop down over the mouth like an inverted toillete plunger.
Cut off the crimp foil and Just roll it back up and will then look like a stopper and easy to remove.
